1.年糕撕去包装,码入盘中,备用。

2.广式腊肠去外包装,切斜片;西红柿洗净,取半个,切小块;蒜苔冼净,切小段,干香菇洗净,温水泡发,切小段;准备好剁椒。

3.热锅上油,爆香葱姜蒜。

8.加1碗热水,大火烧开。

10.加鲜味生抽2勺,盖锅,中小火烧十分钟。

11.待年糕软糯后,倒入蒜苔。

12.调入鸡精,大火收汁,即可出锅。
小窍门&温馨提示
1、烧制时,加点泡香菇的水,味道会更美。
2、剁椒、生抽本身有咸味,因此,不用另加盐。
